Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of an EJAR Agent account and related personal data.
Important for App Store submission: If the submitted iOS build lets users create accounts, the app should include an in-app deletion path, for example Settings -> Account -> Delete Account, and may link to this page for details.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open EJAR Agent and go to account settings if account settings are available in your build.
- Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
- If the in-app option is not available, email support@siyadatech.studio with the subject
EJAR Agent account deletion.
Email Request Details
To help us locate the account, include:
- The email or phone number used for the account.
- Your organization name, if applicable.
- A short statement confirming that you want the account deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
- Account profile information associated with the requesting user.
- User-uploaded message screenshots, OCR text, and reconciliation records where deletion is permitted.
- Optional device identifiers and support records that are no longer required.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal obligations, dispute handling, accounting, or backup integrity. We will minimize retained data and restrict access.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after identity or authorization checks are complete.
Demo Data
The public demo at ejar.siyadatech.studio uses synthetic data and does not create real user accounts. Demo data may be reset without notice.
