These Terms govern access to EJAR Agent, a SiyadaTech demo and service concept for reconciling EJAR-related payment evidence with bank-transfer evidence.
Service Description
EJAR Agent helps users review uploaded or authorized evidence, identify likely payment matches, and prepare user-approved follow-up actions such as tax-invoice drafts or tenant thank-you messages.
Demo Status
The hosted demo uses synthetic data. It is provided for presentation, evaluation, and App Store review support. It should not be used as a production financial, legal, tax, or accounting system.
User Responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload, connect, or process any rental, tenant, bank, tax, message, or document information you provide.
- You are responsible for reviewing all matches, invoices, and messages before acting on them.
- You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or unnecessary sensitive information.
- You must keep account credentials confidential if production accounts are enabled.
No Professional Advice
EJAR Agent may organize payment evidence and produce drafts, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, banking, or financial advice. Users should verify outputs before relying on them.
Third-Party and Official Platform Disclaimer
EJAR Agent is not an official government EJAR platform and is not endorsed by the official EJAR platform or any bank. Names and references are used only to describe the payment reconciliation workflow.
Apple App Store
If you download EJAR Agent through Apple App Store distribution, Apple may provide a standard end-user license agreement unless a custom license is configured in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement that agreement for the SiyadaTech service and hosted demo.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use the service to misrepresent payment status or create fraudulent documents.
- Do not submit real personal or financial information into demo environments unless explicitly authorized by SiyadaTech.
Availability and Changes
Demo services may change, pause, or reset. Production service availability, support levels, and data retention may be governed by a separate customer agreement.
